It's so easy, just book your Canoe Rental time and let the Canoe Dude meet you at the local dock in Ocean Shores with a canoe, life vests, paddles & safety equipment. The Ocean Shores canals and lakes are ideal for canoe rental paddlers of all ages & abilities. The waterways are mostly protected from the winds that can blast the coast. The water is typically calm, so canoes glide easily thru the canals. You will often see canoes and kayaks enjoying the beautiful waters.

CANOE & KAYAK RENTAL

CANOE-2-3 adult paddlers OR 2 adults/2 smaller children* KAYAK-Single sit on top & Tandem open cockpit

Canoe Rental Rate

$25 hr

*$10 every 30 minutes after

HOURLY RENTAL RATES

HOURLY RATE per canoe:

$25hr first hour-$10 every 30 minutes after

(rental time will run in 30 minute increments after the first hour)

All canoe rentals include 2 canoe paddles, 2 adult PFD's and up to 2 youth or child PFD's upon request. The 3 seat canoes include an additional paddle and adult PFD for the third paddler.

RESCUE or RECOVERY SERVICE*

$75*

Adventures sometimes leads our guests to misrepresent their level of experience, which can in turn lead to incidents requiring assistance.

If no emergency medical assistance is necessary, yet the participants are unwilling or unable to proceed from their location, we can send a recovery boat out to provide assistance during your canoe rental.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS & DETAILS

* You must be at least 18 years of age to reserve and rent a canoe.

Persons 17 and under must have an parent or legal guardian (18 or older) on the water with them at all times.

* Renters must have a valid driver's license or government identification.

* A Personal Flotation Device (life jacket) is provided to all boaters.

Children 12 and under are required to wear a PFD at all times while on the canoe and the dock.

*Each paddler must sign a waiver of liability in order to participate.

A parent or legal guardian must sign for all minors under the age of 18

* Alcohol use is strictly prohibited on the water in our canoes.

If arrive intoxicated or appear under the influence of any drug (prescription or not) you will not be permitted to rent a canoe and you will not be refunded any portion of your rental deposit or fee.

* Canoe Dude canoes are not allowed in any open water areas of salt water.

Canoe rentals can not leave the Ocean Shores fresh water way canals and lakes.

* Canoes are to be returned clean after rental agreement has ended.

Any garbage or personal items must be removed prior to returning the canoe back to the Canoe Dude. Canoe Dude is not responsible for any personal items left behind.

* Rental customers & guests are responsible for the FULL RETAIL REPLACEMENT

Payment for any damages/loss are due at time of canoe rental return.

This is Canoe Dude's rules as well as some of of the Laws of Boating in the State of Washington.
